These terms cover your use of dialedinhomeclt.com and any quote or booking you request through Dialed In Home, a booking brand operated by Twin Link Enterprises LLC in Charlotte, North Carolina. By using the site or requesting service, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Dialed In Home books home services such as house cleaning, junk removal, handyman work, large-item store-to-door delivery, window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, lawn maintenance, carpet cleaning, and holiday light installation. Work may be performed by our crew or by independent service providers we schedule.
Estimates are not binding quotes
Prices on this website, and any estimate shared before we confirm job details, are estimates only. They are not binding quotes or offers. Your price is confirmed with you before work begins and may change if the job differs from what was described.
Partner work
Some services, such as water damage cleanup, are completed by partner companies. For pest control, HVAC, and electrical work, we refer you to independent licensed partners. Partner work is quoted, performed, and contracted directly by the partner, who is responsible for it. We may receive a referral fee from partners.
Scheduling and cancellations
Appointment times are confirmed with you directly. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible. Any cancellation terms for a specific job are shared with you before it is booked.
Reporting an issue
If something is not right with a job, call (980) 655-2100 or email hello@dialedinhomeclt.com with details and photos, and we will follow up. For partner work, we will help you reach the partner, who remains responsible for their work.
